Beautiful, new and clean hotel but not perfect with car

Helpful staff and nice location. There is a bar on the ground floor but it feels classy and not noisy at all. We upgraded our room which was spacious and beautiful.

There is no parking but we managed to find parking on the street which was cheaper than the parking lot suggested by staff (because ticket was not issued every hour). We booked the cheapest room originally which felt a bit weird (one narrow window and a huge disable friendly bathroom). We ended up paying extra to upgrade our room which was so much better. There is no room service provided unless requested.

I like that the hotel bed is comfortable and it has a balcony of its own. Staff have been helpful too.

Excellent location, lovely staffs, and a beer bar downstairs

The location of Beer Hotel is exceptional great. It is close to the center of Tainan – the canal, the shopping area, local eateries, and the "River" park – all at a reach of few minutes' walk. The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. And do not forget how the hotel gets its name: there's a bar serving craft beers (tap and bottled) which would end your day of exploring the wonderful city of Tainan.

There's only a tiny window in my room so the view is very limited (Due to the structure of the building itself). But still, when you can reach probably most of the places you wanna go within walking distance, I wouldn't mind having no window at the room.

Lots of beer and beer themed decor. Room was good quality, good shower.

Beer prices are high. I would have liked a closet for my clothes in the room.

Very Good

The room was quite clean, and the bed was comfortable. Check in and check out are done largely on a kiosk, so things are quick. The hotel's beer bar does have a decent selection, though two of the beers on tap were sold out. The addition of the "beer spa" is a quirky way to pass an hour. Stay here for the novelty of the beer decor.

-One of the novelty beer glass-shaped wall lights in the room was out, which was part of the appeal of staying in the room.

Friendly staffs, nice beer and good location.

The location is perfect, it is just beside of the latest sight which is called as ''he le square'', visitors could enjoy the overlook view of this beautiful plaza from your room.

It is a bit far from the parking to the hotel.

Terrible service

The location is closed to the main area of Tainan so it is easy to get food around.

There is no enough parking lot around the property. The hotel ask you to pay extra for the daily parking pass, but you still need to find and wait in the line to park the car at the nearby expensive parking lot. Moreover, there is no enough service. They do not serve you until 3pm, the earliest time to check in, and there is no hot shower until 6pm due to lack of people are in the room between 3-6pm so the heat machine is in power saving mode. Last but not the lease, the window is not noise protected, it is super noisy if there are crowds having party downstairs, upstairs, or in the park which is just next to the property.

Good hotel

Good location on Tainan. I can easy go anywhere popular spots. Staffs are nice. It’s hard to park the car around there. I’m happy I booked this hotel. They have their own car park. That is one of the reason I booked this hotel. I willing to book this hotel next time when I go to Tainan.
